Glasshouse was established by our Lead Pastor Maylin Wyndham. 

Maylin and Steve are ACCI missionaries.  Maylin leads Glasshouse Church and Steve is the director of an organisation providing church leadership training to over 60 new churches in Europe. In 2022, they relocated back to Australia to look after ageing parents. They continue to train young leaders to plant Gen Z churches.  Tracy Augustin is the Lead Pastor of Glasshouse Southport. We are planting new churches in new locations. In 2024, Nate & Mim are planting in Dresden Germany, Josiah & Emma are planting in in Melbourne Australia, Jitys & Marek are planting in Czech Rep.
